We Begin November 2nd, 2024!
This course delves into the realm of nightmares, both in dreams and waking life. Students will learn how to confront and nurture their most terrifying dreams through a structured and supportive process.
Drawing on the principles from Dr. Stephen Aizenstat's chapter "Working with Nightmares" in his book Dream Tending: Awakening to the Healing Power of Dreams, this method has been thoughtfully adapted for children and young adults aged 12-18.
Throughout the course, students will be encouraged to keep a dream journal and have art materials ready for each session.
Inspired by years of guiding adults through their dreams, Gaby developed a similar practice for younger audiences, starting with a course called The Power of Dream Animals, also taught on Zoom.
She found that children and young adults are remarkably receptive to exploring their dreams, bringing their own innate wisdom to the figures that inhabit their dream worlds.
Our Wonderful Curriculum
We will meet on on Saturdays: November 2nd, November 9th, November 16th, and November 23rd.
9 am Pacific / 12 pm New York / 5 pm UK / 6 pm CET
We will meet via Zoom video conferencing.
Classes will be 90 minutes in length, including time for art.
Recordings will be provided to all registered students, so even if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, you will still be able to receive the full class materials.

Learn How to Stop the Instinctive Fear Response of Fight or Flight
● Share stories of fight or flight
● Begin to experience active imagination with your dream figures
● Discover how your allies can help
● Create an art or writing piece around what you discover
Class 4: November 23rd, 12 pm New York
Let the “Monster” Figure Reveal Itself & Allow It To Transform Into Its True Nature
● Experience a demonstration of a dream where new liberation can happen
● Learn to have more voice dialogue or a conversation in imagination with your figures
● Reflect on your discoveries
● Create an art or writing piece around what you discover

Your Amazing Instructor
Gaby
Gaby began her teaching career right out of college, by teaching 3rd grade, then blind and visually impaired children for many years.
She advanced to a VP of Education and eventually an Executive Director. After 26 years at the Blind Children’s Learning Center, she returned to graduate school to earn a master’s degree to graduate, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology and leading the creative life. This was followed by a 2-year certification in Dream Tending, also from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Southern California.
Now, as a bona fide Elder, she has come full circle and weaves a web of all the Spiritual Lightwork, psychological and metaphysical wisdom gathered over her lifetime, to help people awaken to the messages of the Dream World.
With her love of teaching children and spending a lot of time with her own granddaughters, she welcomes these Star Children once again, for she believes they are the future of this new Earth.
In May 2024, Gaby taught a very successful course for the Global School for Star Children, called “The Power of Dream Animals,” and she is currently writing a book by the same title.
