We Begin November 2nd, 2024!
Create your own ceremony for you and anyone you would like to join you.
Each class is created as a ceremony where we will learn about different types of ceremonies and experience and co-create ceremonies together.
The first two classes will include nourishing experiences based on the 4 elements as well as learn about ceremonies based on the 4 elements, 4 Seasons, and other 4 combinations.
Then we will move on to ceremonies based on 8 experiences which include the 8 Seasons, 8 Moon Phases, 8 Chakaras, 8 Musical notes, 8 colors of the Rainbow or any other combination of 8 that you would like to create.
The last class will be a co-creation where everyone is invited to inspire guide an experience of the ceremony.
Our Wonderful Curriculum
We will meet on Saturdays: November 2nd, November 9th, November 16th, and November 23rd
7 am Pacific / 10 am New York / 3 pm UK / 4 pm CET
We will meet via Zoom video conferencing.
Classes will be 60 to 90 minutes in length.
Recordings will be provided to all registered students, so even if you cannot attend at the scheduled time, you will still be able to receive the full class materials.

Class 2: November 9th, 10am New York
Co-Create a 4 Experience Ceremony
Learn about ceremonies based on the 4 elements, 4 Seasons, and other 4 combinations.
You will be guided to consider a 4 Experience Ceremony that you would like to create yourself.
Please Note: Ceremony Creation outside of class time is required.
Practice your Grounding and Gratitude
Will need some form of transformation (sage, spray, feather fan) and favorite nourishing food for the next class
Optional: Bring oracle cards if you have them
Class 3: November 16th, 10am New York
How To Create a SeaSunal (Seasonal) Ceremony
In this class, you will learn how to create an 8 Experience Ceremony:
Transform and embody the SeaSun of Samhain/Halloween
Learn about the SeaSuns of Imbolc/Groundhog’s Day; Spring, SeaSun of Growth; Summer, SeaSun of Communicating Love; and more!
We will Bloom our companionship with our Spirit Guides
Learn how to draw cards as part of your Ceremony

Class 4: November 23rd, 10am New York
Co-Create an 8 Experience Ceremony
In this class:
We will co-create and share a ceremony together based on the interests and the desired involvement of everyone.
We will guide one another through the different experiences
If we have time, we will learn about 12 or 13 Experience Ceremonies, as well as discuss and answer any questions.
You will leave the class with the confidence to create your own ceremonies.

Genis Marie O’Lachma Schmidtlock
Genis Marie O’Lachma Schmidtlock co-creates Nourishing Experiences by inspiring children & adults to connect to Nature’s Cycles, the Cosmos, and themselves.
She has been inspiring Seasonal Celebrations for over thirteen years and has been teaching outdoor education and nature-based spirituality to children since high school.
She has taught at several nature centers, an outdoor education facility, a Montessori School, and homeschooled her daughters, as well as coordinated Kids Korner for several years at a festival for the Theosophical Society.
Genis is a certified Dances of Universal Peace (DUP) Leader and is trained in teaching DUP to children.
She is married with two daughters and loves celebrating and experiencing new adventures with them.
